A P3 per Indiana’s Build-Operate-Transfer statute project for the development of a new Fire Station and Headquarters for the Tri-Township Fire Department in Sellersburg, Indiana. MAC Construction provided complete site development for the new facility, including roadway, concrete pavement, utility infrastructure, and storm water management improvements.

The project delivery method allowed the Fire Department to advance development of a new centralized facility while utilizing a public-private partnership approach to coordinate construction and site development.

Impact & Purpose

The project provided the Tri-Township Fire Department with the infrastructure necessary to support its new Fire Station and Headquarters while improving site access and utility services.

Project Scope

MAC Construction completed the site development work required to support construction and operation of the new Fire Station and Headquarters.
