MAC Construction completed a P3 Build-Operate-Transfer project for the redevelopment of a former school property in Edwardsville, Indiana. The project created the infrastructure necessary to support future multi-family housing, a community center, and continued residential and community-oriented development.
MAC’s work included financing, development, and construction of new roadway, utility, stormwater, and parking infrastructure throughout the property. Concurrent with the overall site development, MAC also provided site development and supporting infrastructure for several apartment buildings constructed as part of the redevelopment.
