Collaborative Project Delivery

Smarter Delivery. Stronger Outcomes. One Trusted Partner.

Every project is different, and so is the best way to deliver it. MAC Construction provides multiple alternative project delivery methods that offer owners greater flexibility, clearer communication, and more predictable results. By integrating design, engineering, and construction expertise early in the project, we streamline schedules, reduce change orders, and provide single-source accountability from concept through completion.

Whether you need a collaborative design team, a partner to share project risk, or a long-term operational solution, MAC delivers a model built around your goals, budget, and timeline.

Design-Build and Progressive Design-Build

Unified responsibility. Accelerated delivery. Fewer surprises.

In the Design-Build model, MAC serves as the single point of accountability for both design and construction. This integrated approach reduces risk, minimizes change orders, and allows project teams to work in alignment from day one. MAC also participates as a partner on design-build teams, bringing constructability review and estimating services in order to optimize project value.

Benefits include:

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) (Indiana P3 Statute)

Full-cycle partnership from design through operation.

With the BOT model, MAC, either as a developer or partner, collaborates with the owner to design, build, finance, and temporarily operate a facility or infrastructure before transferring it back to the owner. This long-term structure is ideal for both simple and complex projects requiring operational expertise, performance guarantees, and predictable costs.

Benefits include:

Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR)

Early involvement with cost control and guaranteed maximum pricing.

Under the CMAR model, MAC joins the project during design, providing cost analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and value engineering. We then deliver construction services at a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), giving owners financial transparency and cost assurance.

Benefits include:

Public-Private Partnership (P3)

A collaborative approach to funding and delivering major public infrastructure.

A Public-Private Partnership allows public agencies and private partners to share responsibility, innovation, and risk to deliver critical infrastructure. MAC participates in P3 frameworks that enhance efficiency, enable faster delivery, and leverage private resources to meet public needs.
