Sellersburg, IN
Completed in 2023
MAC Construction completed construction of Camp Run Road, a new 2,800-linear-foot greenfield roadway in Sellersburg, Indiana, designed to open the area for future Town Center and commercial development. The project also provided a critical alternate route between Indiana SR 311 and SR 60.
The project had been planned for more than 10 years and was funded through a public-private partnership under Indiana’s Build-Operate-Transfer statute, allowing the Town to proceed without issuing additional municipal bonds. This delivery method allowed MAC to work alongside the engineer during the final design phase, helping optimize cost and schedule while ultimately providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price to reduce the Town’s change-order risk.
