Extreme Skate Park
As part of the Ohio River Downtown Bridge Project, Louisville’s nationally recognized Extreme Skate Park required partial relocation to accommodate new bridge approaches – while remaining operational throughout construction.
MAC Construction delivered the project through disciplined phasing, intensive public safety planning, and close coordination with adjacent bridge contractors. The result preserved the park’s identity while integrating new infrastructure improvements.
New Albany Little League
In partnership with New Albany Little League and the Floyd County Parks Department, MAC Construction delivered a ground-up, seven-field youth baseball and softball complex designed to serve players and families throughout Southern Indiana.
The greenfield development required full turnkey site construction, integrating utilities, drainage systems, specialized athletic field construction, and multiple recreational amenities into a cohesive and accessible community asset.
Woerner Avenue Corridor Improvements
The Woerner Avenue Corridor Improvements project transformed a key redevelopment area in Clarksville, Indiana into a modern, mixed-use boulevard supporting commercial growth and community engagement.
MAC Construction delivered 1,400 linear feet of new roadway infrastructure, streetscape enhancements, and pedestrian-focused amenities – all constructed alongside active residential and commercial development.
Main Street Revitalization
The Main Street Revitalization project represents the final phase of a multi-year effort to enhance and modernize downtown New Albany’s historic corridor.
MAC Construction reconstructed the Main Street roadway and installed upgraded utility infrastructure, including a modern stormwater drainage system designed to address previously flood-prone areas. The project integrated civil improvements with pedestrian-focused streetscape enhancements to create a more functional and resilient urban environment.
River Recreation Park – Phase I
The River Recreation Park project represents the transformation of a former industrial and hazardous waste site along the Ohio River into a major public riverfront amenity.
As the first phase of development within a 63-acre site, MAC Construction delivered critical infrastructure improvements including a new boat ramp, river overlook, and greenway trailhead connection – establishing safe public access to the Ohio River while supporting long-term redevelopment of New Albany’s west end.
Monon South Trail – Phase 1A
The Monon South Trail Phase 1A project delivered 20 miles of new multi-use trail across seven cities in Indiana, completing a significant portion of the planned 62-mile Monon South Greenway along the historic Monon Railroad corridor.
